Our venue is different from the rest because we are a one-stop-shop for couples. CityFlatsHotel is a boutique hotel centrally located in downtown Grand Rapids within walking distance of all the city’s most popular attractions. Our Ballroom Suite and hotel rooms are available for the wedding party to get ready in, while they enjoy in-house breakfast, lunch, or mimosas. We also have The Parlour @ CityFlatsHotel, our hair and makeup salon that specializes in bridal styling. Couples can have their ceremony in The Ballroom, head to Events @ CityFlatsHotel — our modern, smaller-sized venue — for cocktail hour, and then return to The Ballroom for the reception. Keeping guests in one location leaves more time for fun and less time spent traveling. Rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunches can also be arranged in-house.
